Photographing cookbooks has been my prime focus over the past 23 years. It is a special type of project, and I have the capability to take it from the front to the back cover with everything in between, and keep it flowing consistently. It is not easy. Especially when working on a school textbook. And, for someone not based in NYC, I have done very well. 72 books. 17 national and international awards, including 4 James Beards. Books are special. And I take them very seriously. My bar is always set high.
